Formed in 2010, Faircroft Estates are a specialist firm of Managing Agents, managing blocks and estates of residential flats together with mixed use schemes throughout the United Kingdom acting for Freeholders/Landlords, Resident Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies.

How We Work
Working together with our clients, we prepare a budget for the service charge year that is usually based on the historic expenditure and the envisaged expenses for the upcoming year. We may also agree to include a reserve/sinking fund depending on the nature of the property that would be based on a long term maintenance plan to allow for a larger scale project such as a roof replacement to be collected over a period of time to ensure leaseholders do not get a large one off bill when a roof needs replacing but rather the funds will have been collected over several year in preparation for this eventuality to ensure there are no nasty surprises
Why Choose Us
When something goes wrong you need someone to respond fast. Whether it be something very basic such as a door closer not working to a nasty issue such as a leak into your property, you want someone to attend and resolve the matter. During office hours, we have a dedicated maintenance co-ordinator will handle these issues when reported or picked up on by the property manager to ensure they are addressed in a swift manner however as we all know, disasters usually occur out of hours and at the most inconvenient times.
